When an expert arrives at your location, verify their credentials matching the accepted profile in your Activity log. Share the 4-digit verification OTP shown on your job details page with them. Once the expert inputs this OTP into their interface, work is marked as working.

Currently, Reqtick does not process online payments in this early-stage rollout. Payments are settled directly between the customer and the expert in cash or UPI upon completion of service.

Yes. If you need to cancel, open the job details modal and click the "Cancel Request" button. This will instantly change the status to Cancelled and alert the assigned expert in real-time chat.

Go to the Profile view in your dashboard, select "Become an Expert", specify your specialization category, experience level, a brief bio, and upload a skill certificate. Our verification team will review and approve your application.
